ELECTRICAL RISK ASSESSMENT
Our signature Electrical Risk Assessment continues to be a favourite amongst homeowners new and old. Visit our website and request a free preliminary assessment to determine if your home is right for this service.
HAZARD HIGHLIGHT ⚡ 💥 🔥 😲
Proving that a Birnie HomeSAFE “is your HomeSAFE electrical assessment” is worthy exercise, this customer was eternally grateful that we uncovered this burnt receptacle in their living room. This receptacle was installed using a method called a “quick back stab method”. This method pushes the wires into the back of the receptacle as shown in this photo. True it is quick, but it is risky, hazardous and the reason this receptacle began to spark, arc and caught fire. Birnie HomeSAFE’s electricians never use this method and always use the screw clamp method for this exact reason. If you think your receptacles are connected with the back stab method, you should have an electrical risk assessment to check your receptavles, so your HOME and FAMILY are safe. Call us for a Residential Risk Assessment and get those receptacles checked today!
WE ARE ON THE RADIO!
We are on the radio so listen for our commercials on News talk 1010 and 680 as well as the Frank Cohn home improvement show on Saturday morning on 1010.
